The location to restautants was nice and unbeatable. I truly enjoyed the room with 1 bed, the bed was large.

A nice size room with 1 bed, had a very very good stay. We had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television in the room. The hotel was set in a secluded area just off the Lost World themed park, shopping centre or place to eat or restaurant and nature and attractions.

Truly enjoyed the room with 1 bed, my bed was large. The hotel has nice and unbeatable location close to the waterfall at ulu Kinta. Plus it was max 40 mins walk to the lake.

Location: the hotel was so close to the theme park, which is really value for money and Lost World of Tambun Park. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Ulu Kinta district. The room was nice and with comfortable beds.

Attentive staff, absolutely breathtaking views on the mountains, everything is really good. Best possible location for visiting Ipoh, it's short walk to the new attraction-Luminous Forest and the waterpark until 11 pm and cliff. Ulu Kinta is a district that deserves exploring.

The family room was huge with climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television. The location was strategic - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Masjid an-Nur.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, situated near the Lost World theme park. It was so convenient to just walk across the road and enter the park. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. From the friendly and warm welcome at check-in to the helpful waiters and waitresses during breakfast, everyone made sure I had a pleasant experience. Lastly, the breakfast itself was great, with a variety of choices including local tropical fruits and a hot cup of coffee to enjoy on a rainy day in Ipoh.

All was fine and I had an enjoyable stay.

My wife and me really had a good and restful holiday.The hotel was well situated and very away from the city.Would make a trip again in the near future.

Hot Spring is very nice. Room is spacious and breakfast is good.

The room door (entrance door) gap at the bottom is too big, easily can hear other guests shouted at the corridor. A mini fridge should put inside the room.

Check-in was smooth and fast, and we got complimentary tickets for a nearby attraction and discount for entry to a nearby park. The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed, and there was free on-site parking. It was great that the hotel was within walking distance of a popular fast-food chain and had nice surroundings with a beautiful mountain backdrop.

The hotel was pricey for what it offered, and there were no facilities like a gym or swimming pool. There was also not much around the hotel to do, making it feel isolated, and if you weren't planning on visiting the nearby park, it would not be worth it to stay here.
